CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- 10% of the reservation amount 30 days before the check-in date.
- 50% between 29 and 7 days.
- 100% less than 7 days before.
No REFUNDS will be issued if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before the end of their stay.
MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
Should the accommodation become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the company will provide the client with alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics, without reimbursement by either party.
DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPD”), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company’s files, in order to provide and offer you our services. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding your personal data, with the company itself being responsible for the file.
