HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN TIERRA DE SOL’S HOUSES?
The houses accommodate groups of 6 to 20 people. Luna accommodates up to 6, Sol and Estrella up to 8, Cordillerana up to 16, La Araucana up to 17, and Las Mutisias up to 19. Larger groups can rent adjacent houses, accommodating up to 60 people.
IS THE HOUSE SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS?
No. Each house is rented entirely and is for the exclusive use of a single group.
HOW FAR ARE THE HOUSES FROM CHAPELCO?
15 minutes away. They are also 15 minutes from downtown San Martín de los Andes.
ARE THE HOUSES SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND GRANDPARENTS?
Yes. They are designed for multi-generational families, with spacious living areas, double living and dining rooms, large tables, and cribs available.
DO THE HOUSES HAVE A BBQ GRILL?
Yes. All houses have covered BBQ grills and traditional Argentine asadores, available for use all year round, as well as an area for roasting up to three lambs at the same time.
WHAT DOES THE STAY INCLUDE?
Bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, parking, and final cleaning.
WHAT IS THE HEATING LIKE IN WINTER?
The houses feature a highly insulating construction system and radiator heating in all rooms.
CAN YOU REACH THE HOUSES WHEN THERE IS SNOW?
Yes. The roads are maintained during winter. Only during very heavy snowfall, which is uncommon, is a 4×4 vehicle recommended. Snow chains are required to drive up to Chapelco when instructed by Gendarmería, and they can be purchased in town.
DO THE HOUSES HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
No. In summer, Lakes Lácar and Lolog are just a few minutes away, with beaches offering services.

ARE CELEBRATIONS ALLOWED?
Yes, birthdays, anniversaries, and family gatherings for the group staying at the house. Parties with outside guests are not allowed.

Yes. All houses have private parking, with space for 4×4 vehicles and boats. Luna and Sol have covered parking.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
It depends on the house. Please check with Ángeles via WhatsApp.
WHAT CAN YOU DO NEARBY?
Skiing at Chapelco, hiking in Lanín National Park, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding, golf at Chapelco, lakes, and the Seven Lakes Route. The owners can advise guests on excursions, transportation, instructors, and restaurants.
