From January 1 to February 14

Cancellation: the customer will always lose the entire prepayment.
No-show: charges apply.

From February 15 to June 30

Cancellation: free up to 3 days before check-in.
If you cancel 1 day before, charges apply.
No-show: charges apply.

From July 1 to August 31

Cancellation: the customer will always lose the entire prepayment.
No-show: charges apply.

From September 1 to December 22

Cancellation: free up to 3 days before check-in.
If you cancel 1 day before, charges apply.
No-show: charges apply.

From December 23 to December 31

Cancellation: the customer will always lose the entire prepayment.
No-show: charges apply.

How is the reservation confirmed and paid?

Paso 1: Para reservar

• A 30% deposit of the total rental is required.
• Payment methods:
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card (Mercado Pago)

Paso 2: Al momento del check-in

• The remaining 70% of the rental is due.
• Payment method:
  • Cash
