This mountain house has an area of ​​180 m² covered and a plot of 400 m². Its capacity allows to accommodate up to 8 guests. (Ask for aditional guest)

Outside there is parking (not covered) for two cars inside the exclusive lot of the house and a garden.

The house has a washing machine in its individual laundry room.
Although the unit does not have a telephone signal, it has Wi-Fi with a fiber optic connection.
The heating is through gas radiators.

Within a radius of 4 blocks there are shops such as supermarkets, YPF service station, fishing house, pharmacies, bakeries, kiosks, hairdressers, dietetics, pantries, pasta factories, restaurants, greengrocers, tire shop, car washes, bank, etc.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a bathtub. The master bedroom is en suite and has a King Size bed, a dressing room and its own terrace. Two other rooms with two single beds each.
In the common area there is also a double sofa bed.
White clothes such as 180-thread-count sheets and 400-gram towels are provided.

On the upper floor there is another bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is gas, fully equipped with modern appliances and a bar with stools. The dining room is suitable for 8 guests, and you will find a large living room with two armchairs. The living room has a 60′ Led TV with Direct TV.
From this area there is access to a balcony with a table, chairs and a grill.
